Polyethylene is manufactured for direct burial, or directly on a fence exposed in the weather.
This cable can be used with any “branded” and “compliant” electric dog fence except non-regulated versions sold on eBay and Gumtree, as those transmitters may overheat.

By far the best wire I’ve purchased for my fence. I’ve had a competitive fence on my property for 11 years and have replaced the wire about 6 times. Yellow, blue, green all of them cracked in the sun in about 2 years. This hidden fence cable is about 10 times thicker and the quality is unreal. The only negative is that I had to buy proper wire strippers as I couldnt make a dent with scissors. Thanks for offering a great wire! not looking back from now on. Will
