Product great and does exactly as promised. Was easy to install and dog learned same day, which i was surprised. but your website needs work – difficult to navigate and found that i couldnt view some of the pictures.

Just to let you know how pleased I am with the success of Hidden Fence. I need not have worried about training Amber on my own as she learned super fast (as she does with many things). I think she only got ‘zapped’ (on the lowest level) once on each side fence and she has given it a wide berth ever since. Now I only occasionally bother putting her collar on – at times for instance when there are likely to be rabbits around. She actually likes wearing it anyway.
The only other thing I thought you might like to run with is this: The flags are fine for the manicured back garden but on bush blocks like mine they are scarcely visible. You might like to offer flags double height for those situations?

We purchased a total of 3 dog fence Diy kits off ebay from a supplier in Victoria. Awful!!! The thin blue wire would break as soon as we started running the cable. We should have known then it was going to be a constant problem. After three attempts to keep our dogs in using the ebay system, we gave up. A friend of mine bought the hidden fence brand and recommended that we try again. Yes, your product is more money, but what a difference. Wire was thick and much better quality. The collar batteries in our old collars would only last 2 weeks. We’ve had your system now for 4 months and there is not one discrepancy with the system. Dogs are finally in. Would highly recommend your system to anyone that wants something to really work. ? Diane

Completely happy with this product, I thought the same as the first review. Looked difficult when you saw all the parts, however the manual was super easy to read and set up was easy peasy. Our dog doesn’t even wear his collar full time now as the first initial zaps have scared him off escaping for the time being. Handy to have for moving house too as you can install and teach the dog his new boundaries.

This product is amazing, highly recommended. The DIY kit is very easy to set up and the instructions are easy to understand. My dogs no longer try to escape since installing the system. The receivers are small (comparative to other types), and am very impressed with the adjustable range on the system.

Best investment we ever spent. We’ve had a similar dog fence before. We had to replace the collars 4 times over the course of a couple of years. Thanks guys. We received the package only 1 day after the order and was able to get installed in no time. Dog responded perfectly on the lowest zap level. We were worried about the zap, but the dog just gave a small head shake, backed away from the area and then just wagged its tail. Hasn’t gone near since which is great as we struggled with this dog since rescuing a year ago.

After being attacked whilst walking our dog and living in a semi rural estate we didn’t want anyone else to experience this from our dog. On a small acreage block physical fences are quite expensive and a dog on a chain cruel. After much research we went for the 1200Fmd fence. Sceptical yes, Impressed extremely. Installing of the 1200Fmd was very simple, training of our 6month cattle pup was extremely simple. First 4 days were done with tone setting, visual sight with flags and lead. On day 5 correction level 1,which seemed to annoy her rather then correct. Correction level 2 gave us the desired results with her retreating to the safe zone in the yard. Now 10 days later she will not attempt to go into any area where her collar has tone. We highly recommend this system to anyone who wants to keep there pet safe & from harassing any passers by.

Hi HF team, We received the hidden fence kit today, and I will say that it is a vast improvement from the system we had struggled with for 6 years. The ### system we had was constantly breaking and I had replaced nearly 7 collars in that time, and had to buy each one. Supplier would not warranty the product. The contrast of the systems is clear. The collars are so much nicer and better built. Smaller and lighter. The mounted control box on the wall actually has weight to it, suggesting that there is something inside. I got the fence in April for our new 20 acre property. We installed the wire on 1ha around the house and fixed the cable with cable ties on the existing fence. The instructions were great, and although it took time due to the size and having to go under gates (we put the wire in conduits underground), it was easy to do. I was amazed how quickly my two dogs were trained. I would recommend reading the instructions though and not jump steps. Within no time, they learned not to go near the fence, and apart from collars being chewed by my naughty staffy (thanks guys for replacing them!!), it has been fantastic!! We can leave gates opened, and the collars do not activate when my dogs are in the car coming in and out. I take the collars out every night and my dogs get super excited when I put them back in the morning (they obviously haven’t worked out this one yet!). All the staff I spoke to, in QLD and VIC, were delightful, professional and helpful. Great company and excellent product!

This system is brilliant. A couple of years ago I fell for lure of a cheap import option – spent a day setting it up and it was useless. This time, I spent the money on this Aussie product and I am impressed with the quality. My dog is a stubborn climber. I have a fully fenced yard, but he can climb any fence. After 1 day of training he knew he was beaten. He now hangs around the home and enjoys the yard but won’t go within a meter of the fence line. Brilliant product.

Thank you! Our rescue kelpie has recently found out she can jump! We live on an acre and tried to figure out how she was getting out and couldnt keep up with her. This was so easy to install (even in a big area), we buried some under gates and just attached to our existing fences. After a little, and I mean very little, training with her she hasn’t escaped again! We’ve had one wire break which was so easy to fix. Definitely worth the money, no more stress!

We have a strong blue healer and he was off visiting a lot. As soon as your back was turned he was off. Since putting in our hidden fence he is very happy to sit up on the front step. I was sceptical as our dog was scaling fences to get out to go ‘play with our neighbourhood dogs.
We’d tried everything with no joy and Hidden Fence was the last resort.
I wish we’d just got it at the start!!! Since installing and following the easy instructions we havent had any issues. We’ve just moved house and added the Fence and it just took a couple of the warning beeps and our dog knows his boundaries!

Excellent product…keeps my dalmations safe and able to run freely, even swimming in the dam. Always helpful when things go wrong – ie when dogs have chewed each other’s collars off or when earth mover dug up line by mistake. Dogs were well trained by the fence to stay in until fence was able to be repaired.

Have used many similar products all from the cheap and nasty (work for short period) from ebay. Best thing I have done was to buy a quality product. The hidden fence system purchased works consistant, the boundary once set up is very predictable, my dogs know exactly where the line is and no matter of sweet talk or treat offer will get them to cross that line 😀. By far, the best system available, don’t waist your money on the cheap and nasty. .. sales team also very helpful. Very happy, highly recommended.

Great product highly recommend it to anyone to keep their dog contained in their own yards or out of an area you don’t want them in. Great after sales help as well. When the new collar arrived, I couldn’t get it to work so I emailed the guys at hidden fence and they rang me up and walked me through it.
